Ken McInturff


Ken has worked in the construction industry since 1989 and joined ICI in the summer of 2015 as a cost estimator. In his role, Ken manages cost estimating, cost control and bidding efforts for both project pursuits and for our existing clients. Ken also leads clients and prospects through the preconstruction process with the development of conceptual budgets where he analyzes unit costs from similar projects and then confers with subcontractors. This process culminates with the assembly of detailed cost breakdowns for presentation to the client or potential client.

During the bidding phase, Ken manages bid administration activities and assists ICI’s Vice President of Preconstruction as well as our Project Managers in preparing Bid Recommendation letters. His thorough approach and careful attention have yielded successful detailed budgets and bids during his time at ICI.

Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching the Chicago Bears and playing golf with friends on Sunday mornings.
