This time of year, the ICI K-12 team is full of anticipation as we mobilize to complete a vast amount of school improvements while students are out for summer break. This year, the ICI Team is spread across five public school districts and within thirteen schools. Our team is aware of how critical timely construction completions are to school districts. Our K-12 Leadership is comprised of two former school board members and we therefore understand the importance of construction milestones to administration, staff and the surrounding community. We are immensely proud of our past performance. The ICI team has never failed to turn over a construction project on time.
Elmhurst CUSD 205
Our longstanding partnership with Elmhurst CUSD 205 continues with the ongoing new construction Field Elementary School as well as renovations at Bryan, Sandburg, and Churchville Middle Schools. Last, ICI will renovate York High School’s auditorium.
Elmwood Park CUSD 401
ICI has served as Elmwood Park CUSD 401’s construction manager for over ten years. During that time, we have worked within every district building. This summer the relationship continues. In addition to our ongoing major improvements at Elmwood and John Mills Elementary Schools originally begun in 2022, ICI will complete a significant library renovation within the High School.
Addison SD 4
By the start of the 2023 school year, ICI will complete HVAC systems replacement and a partial build-out at Stone Elementary School.
New Lenox SD 122
As School District 122’s construction manager for more than a decade, ICI has implemented capital improvement projects every summer since 2013. This summer, ICI will replace roofs and complete site improvements at three schools.
Prairie Grove CCSD 46
The second of two phases of construction will take place at Prairie Grove School this summer. The scope of work for this phase includes 15,400 square feet of interior renovations, window replacement and tuckpointing.
