Success during the construction phase of a project is comprised of four essential elements: safety, communication, quality and schedule control.
Throughout each project, communication meetings are held with the owner, the design team, the ICI team and sub-contractors. These meetings serve to provide updates on schedules, prepare the entire team for upcoming activities, and as a means for quality control. These face-to-face meetings, in combination with ICI’s technology platform allow each party involved to be aware of job site activities and provide and solicit necessary feedback at any given time.
ICI’s schedule control process allows us to develop a comprehensive plan for how to take a project from ground breaking to ribbon cutting. ICI develops all schedules using critical path techniques. This allows us to determine any activity by date and provides a logical sequence of activities based on the established time frame. The schedule is a management tool and it is the standard by which we measure progress and ultimately, successful completion.
