For more than six years, ICI has fulfilled the role of construction manager for the Napleton Automotive Group on dealerships throughout the Chicago area and St. Louis. In a recent collaboration, ICI constructed a ground up Genesis dealership in Aurora.

Lincoln Elementary School Achieves LEED Silver Certification

Elmhurst CUSD 205’s Lincoln Elementary School was awarded LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council! A number of sustainable initiatives are incorporated into the building: green roof area, permeable paver systems and low-emitting construction materials.
