The John Gerke Mentorship Award is in its inaugural year and was instated to annually recognize an ICI team member who demonstrates a passion for fostering professional development.
John was a project superintendent at ICI for 20 years until his passing in 2018. He was a vivid part of the heart and soul of our team. John was more than a colleague, he was a dear friend who is celebrated for his playful personality and infectious smile, unwavering dedication to ICI, and passion for mentoring new talent.
