We’re excited to congratulate Brian Chadwick on his promotion to Director of Field Operations!
Brian brings 27 years of construction experience at ICI to this leadership role. During his career with ICI, he has grown from Project Engineer to Superintendent, Senior Superintendent and General Superintendent, building deep expertise in field operations and serving as a trusted resource for our team, subcontractors, and industry partners.
As Director of Field Operations, Brian will oversee our General Field Superintendents and team of Project Superintendents, helping match the right field leaders with the right projects while championing safety, quality and consistency across every ICI jobsite.
Brian’s role is about developing people as much as it is about building projects. His experience, communication skills and commitment to strong processes make him a natural fit to help strengthen our field teams and continue creating experts across ICI.
