Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Orange, Ohio

After successfully completing multiple renovation, build-out and new construction restaurant locations, ICI was contracted for a new ground up location in Orange, Ohio.

This new restaurant is a 11,982 square foot freestanding building with full site improvements and utilities on a newly developed 3-acre site in Chagrin Highlands.

The details of this space include an extensive LED lighting package along with intricate interior custom millwork pieces. The steel structure is wrapped with ACM/cement composite panels and high-end tile exterior finishes. Additional spaces include wine barrel displays, a winery retail store, and an outdoor patio.

There were multiple developments under construction in close proximity to the Cooper’s Hawk construction site. As a result, ICI worked with the various development teams to manage the safety of all involved. With a rapid six month time line, the projected completed successfully as scheduled in November 2018.
