Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Gilbert, Arizona

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is slated to break ground in early 2022 on a ground up, free-standing location in Gilbert, Arizona. The restaurant will be more than 11,000 square feet with a 720 square foot exterior patio.

Similar to the other Arizona stores, this restaurant includes both a fifty-foot-long tasting bar as well as a full service bar, and includes high-end interior finishes throughout.

The project marks ICI’s 19th with Cooper’s Hawk since our working relationship began in 2016.
