Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants Sarasota

In continuation of an existing working relationship with Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, ICI completed the restaurant group’s 46th location in Sarasota, Florida in the summer of 2021.

The restaurant is a ground up 12,000 square foot location with an attached 1,000 square foot covered patio. The restaurant has space for approximately 200 diners.

At present, Cooper’s Hawk has nearly 50 locations spread across 10 states. The Sarasota location is the restaurant group’s twelfth in Florida to date. ICI’s working relationship with Cooper’s Hawk began in 2017 when we completed an interior build-out to their Oak Park, Illinois store. Our restaurant team has completed multiple renovations to existing restaurants and new construction locations every year since.
