Elmhurst CUSD 205 Bryan Middle School

In 2018, CUSD 205 passed a $168 million referendum to make district-wide improvements to their learning facilities. All of the referendum-related projects are spread over approximately six years beginning in 2020 and will be paid with three separate bond issues; thus grouped into three series of construction projects. ICI is the District’s Construction Manager recently completing significant renovation and expansion construction projects at Bryan Middle School and Edison Elementary School. The work at Bryan and Edison then provided sufficient space to take on additional students while Lincoln Elementary School and Field Elementary School are subsequently rebuilt.

Bryan Middle School underwent a two (2) classroom addition, creation of a secure entrance and upgrades throughout the existing school. The work was completed in August 2021.
