In the Game

In The Game is a family entertainment center with locations across the country that offers an arcade, go-karts, dining and party spaces. ICI’s renovation of the 13,000 square foot Sunrise, Florida location included a complete interior renovation with new flooring, millwork and lighting; a gut remodel of the bathrooms, party rooms and an addition of offices, storage areas, fire protection and an escape room. Last, ICI relocated their redemption and greeting areas and painted the entire interior. For the exterior of the location, ICI removed the existing storefront entrance and multiple layers of old façade and installed all new hurricane resistant storefront and EIFS façade.

In the Game/Hollywood Park in Crestwood, Illinois is a stand-alone existing 20,500 square foot building that required interior and exterior renovations. Interior renovations included new flooring, lighting, wall coverings and a complete gut/remodel of the bathrooms. Installation of new redemption center millwork, decorative metal railings and a refresh of their dining/kitchen and main gaming areas. ICI also removed a miniature golf course and installed a new patio enclosure. Last, the building received a pathway to a new entrance and new storefront. The exterior was painted with their corporate colors. Both projects were completed while the locations stayed open for business.
