Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Richmond

ICI built the new construction Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in Richmond, Virginia; the restaurant group’s farthest east location to date. The 13,000 square foot restaurant has seating for 350 diners including four private dining spaces and a covered patio.

The ground up store was built on an outlot adjacent to Short Pump Town Center. Prior to beginning construction, ICI demolished a shuttered restaurant currently on site.

ICI’s working relationship with Perry’s began in 2013 when our team was hired for their first location outside of Texas. ICI converted an 11,000 square foot space on the ground level of Neiman Marcus in Oak Brook Shopping Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. Our team has subsequently completed more than a dozen projects for Perry’s Restaurants in four states.
