Trader Joe’s Glen Ellyn and Downers Grove

ICI completed the build-out of two Trader Joe’s locations in Chicago’s western suburbs. The features of the 12,000 square foot stores include cedar siding throughout and new platform lifts for unloading products into the stores.

While managing the construction during the ten week schedule, ICI also coordinated all owner-purchased items; including refrigeration, fixtures and shelving units. Both projects were completed on-time. The stores in Glen Ellyn and Downers Grove were part of Trader Joe’s expansion in the Midwest.
