Waterway Carwash Vernon Hills

After the successful completion of the Waterway Carwash in Highland Park, Illinois, ICI was contracted for the retailer’s Vernon Hills location. Completed in the fall of 2020, Waterway Vernon Hills consisted of the renovation of an existing 4,300 square foot gas station and convenience store. The interior and exterior of the facility were completely transformed to the client’s brand standards and layout specifications. The carwash entry and exit were revised to accommodate new pay stations. Vacuum stations and detailing areas were also relocated.

ICI is now contracted to complete the forthcoming Waterway Skokie, a 4,000 square foot new construction gas station and convenience store with a separate 5,300 square foot car wash.
