Zenzi Den

Situated in the heart of downtown Glenview, Illinois, Zenzi Den is Ballyhoo Hospitality’s newest dining concept and marks ICI’s first partnership with the acclaimed restaurant group as it expands into Chicago’s suburban market. Designed with Japanese-inspired influences, the 4,700-square-foot space blends natural textures, warm materials, and distinctive design elements to create an immersive and elevated dining experience.

ICI began construction on the build-out of the existing space in fall 2025, with completion and turnover occurring in spring 2026. Beyond introducing a unique culinary destination, Zenzi Den represents a meaningful contribution to Glenview’s Downtown Strategic Plan, bringing new energy, vibrancy, and an enhanced experience for residents and visitors alike.
