Scott has been with ICI since 2004. During his 18-year tenure, Scott has undertaken some of ICI’s most challenging assignments and transformed them into lasting client partnerships that have spurred as many as 20 additional projects. His effective communication skills, responsiveness to client needs and attention to detail have led to his successful leadership of accounts such as Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille and the Napleton and Exchange Automotive Groups.
As Project Executive, Scott leads a team of three project managers, two assistant project managers and ten superintendents specializing in restaurant and retail construction. He is responsible for establishing the framework from which the entire project team can collaborate and oversees construction programs from the preconstruction stage through closeout.
