Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille Vernon Hills

ICI has partnered with Perry’s Restaurants on twelve projects at ten restaurants to date. In one of their latest endeavors, Perry’s once again retained ICI as construction manager for their new construction Vernon Hills, Illinois location. The 12,000 square foot freestanding restaurant was built at Hawthorn Mall on a pad-ready site.

This marks Perry’s third location in the Chicago area. The restaurant offers space for 350 guests and features four private dining rooms, a covered patio and Perry’s Bar 79, named after the year the restaurant was founded.

Details of glass, the breadth of textures and the sophisticated lighting create an air of modern elegance and comfort.
