Puttshack Headquarters

Puttshack is an upscale entertainment venue with more than 15 locations. The popular concept is currently expanding across the country. The recent growth resulted in a necessary expansion of their headquarters in Chicago and ICI was engaged as construction manager.

Puttshack’s headquarters is located in a 100-year-old timber structure high rise in downtown Chicago. The plans called for a two-floor, 11,000 square foot interior build-out to take place while Puttshack’s team was occupying a quarter of the project space.

Material lead times caused by lingering effects of the pandemic challenged the project team, but they were able to overcome them and the workplace opened to Puttshack employees as scheduled.

The workplace incorporates many of Puttshack’s entertainment venue design elements through the use of color, millwork, wall features and lighting fixtures. The interior build-out is an open design concept and the community spaces are intended to make the office feel like a home for employees.
