ICI is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph Panico to General Field Superintendent at ICI!
During more than a decade with ICI, Joe has built a reputation as a trusted resource in the field, bringing extensive construction knowledge, strong communication and a solutions-focused approach to projects ranging from retail and grocery stores to restaurants and other complex commercial environments.
In his new role, Joe will provide field leadership across ICI’s projects—from conceptual planning through construction, close-out and warranty. He will work closely with our preconstruction and project management teams to develop logistics and phasing strategies, while supporting project superintendents in the field with scheduling, coordination and resource planning.
Just as importantly, Joe will take an expanded role in developing ICI’s next generation of field leaders. He has long been a go-to resource and mentor for newer team members, and his new position formalizes that responsibility as he helps reinforce the communication, consistency and processes that contribute to successful projects.
Joe’s experience and leadership strengthen our field operations and, ultimately, the service we provide our clients by proactively identifying challenges, improving coordination and keeping projects moving forward.
Congratulations, Joe, on this well-deserved promotion! We’re excited to see your continued impact on ICI’s people and projects.
