Next month, ICI will be demolishing the existing 100+ year old Lincoln Elementary School in Elmhurst CUSD 205 and beginning construction on a 79,380 square foot, two-level new school on the same site. The dynamic 21st century learning environment will provide the Elmhurst school community with latest in education environments: a large gathering / presentation stair element, individual break-out rooms, outdoor instruction opportunities, and secured main entrances with a dedicated administration wing, to name a few. LEED Silver Certification is being pursued for the new building.
