For more than 20 years, Kevin has managed large commercial and institutional projects within the Midwest and Texas. His work has varied in type from automotive dealerships, to shopping centers, to data centers, to hospitals, to name just a few. The commonality among all project types is the complexity and the need for cohesion among stakeholders. Kevin has continually demonstrated skills in creating a strong team environment among the client, architect, engineers, trade contractors and vendors. This mindset of collaboration is built upon effective communication, accountability, and adherence to the common goal of successful project completion.
During his time at ICI, Kevin has demonstrated leadership qualities on each of the accounts he has undertaken. He has developed solid client relationships and successfully managed projects such as Fields Mercedes-Benz Asheville, Waterway Car Washes in Skokie and Highland Park, Illinois and a branch of Lakeside Bank in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
In his role as Senior Project Manager, Kevin oversees project managers and assistant project managers and will continue to cultivate client relationships.
