ICI has been hired as Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille’s construction manager for concurrent renovations to five of their locations across three states. Improvements to the following restaurants are currently underway: Frisco, Sugar Land, and Woodlands, Texas; Lone Tree, Colorado and Oak Brook, Illinois.
Each restaurant is open throughout construction. ICI is working closely with Perry’s in-house design and construction team, Aria Group Architects, and the on-site general manager for each location to minimize noise and disruption to restaurant operations.
The scope of work varies by location but largely includes transforming each of the restaurants into Perry’s newest scheme: a vibrant color palette with modern touches punctuated by details that celebrate the local community. A noteworthy enhancement within each location is a completely revamped bar.
ICI’s working relationship with the restaurant group began in 2013 when our team was hired as the general contractor for their first location outside of Texas. ICI converted an 11,000 square foot space within the ground level of Neiman Marcus in Oak Brook Shopping Center in Oak Brook, Illinois. Our team subsequently expanded and renovated this location’s patio. Most recently, ICI built a 12,000 square foot ground up location for Perry’s in Schaumburg, Illinois.
ICI is scheduled to complete the five current renovations prior to the upcoming holiday season.
