Fields Mercedes-Benz Romeoville

Fields Auto Group engaged ICI as construction manager for a new construction Mercedes-Benz dealership located at Weber and Airport Roads in Romeoville, Illinois. ICI will be constructing the 40,000 square foot facility on a 23-acre parcel. The two-story structure will include a showroom, sales and service areas, lounge and office space. The new construction dealership is scheduled to be complete in the fall of 2024. The Mayor of Romeoville and other Village Officials all attended the groundbreaking ceremony and conveyed their excitement for the addition to the community.

For nearly 30 years years, ICI has built, expanded, and renovated car dealerships for Fields Auto Group in Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
