Fields Porsche Service Center St. Augustine

ICI completed two new construction service centers on a 15.5 acre parcel in St. Augustine, Florida for the Fields Auto Group – a Porsche and a Mercedes-Benz.

Construction of the Porsche and Mercedes-Benz Service Centers took place concurrently within the World Commerce Center development. The service centers were built with different construction methods though. The 23,000 square foot Porsche Service Center was built with precast construction. The two-story Mercedes-Benz Service Center totals 25,600 square feet and is comprised of CMU construction.

The service facilities also include a separate car wash and detail building.
