Mall St. Matthews Tenant Spaces and Improvements

ICI was contracted by Brookfield Properties for interior demolition and improvements at Mall St. Matthews in Louisville, Kentucky for the interior demolition of the existing, two-level Forever 21 retail store and creation of a warm dark shell for three future tenants.
The scope within the existing Forever 21 store included demolition of the escalator system and infilling of the decking. ICI also moved the existing elevator and built a new elevator shaft for the future second floor tenant.

Upgrades also included replacement of the electrical service, switchgear as well as removal of the old rooftop units and installation of the new. On the exterior of the building, ICI created new openings in the façade for three future tenants.

Construction was completed within a five month period.
