Napleton Nissan

ICI recently completed a major overhaul of Napleton Automotive Group’s Nissan Dealership in St. Louis. The expansion and renovation project marked ICI’s second for Napleton. ICI began the extensive renovation project by demolishing the existing one-story showroom wing. Upon completion of demolition, ICI constructed a new 16,000 square foot showroom as a connecting point to the existing service building. Concurrently, ICI significantly remodeled several spaces within the existing building such as the service department, service writer’s areas, and administration offices, and waiting areas for increased efficiencies and functionality.

The existing service building remained operational throughout construction. The sales offices, however, was relocated to temporary trailer facilities on site. In addition to construction of the dealership, ICI’s scope included upgrades and repairs to the facility’s parking and driveways.
