ICI proudly served as the construction partner for Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille’s first Arizona location, delivering an 11,000-square-foot, upscale dining destination within the Northside at SanTan Village development in Gilbert.

Designed to accommodate up to 350 guests, the restaurant features an expansive main dining room, Bar 79®, multiple private dining spaces, an impressive floor-to-ceiling wine wall, and an inviting outdoor patio—all thoughtfully crafted to deliver Perry’s signature “Rare and Well Done®” dining experience.

ICI worked closely with the ownership and design team to execute the high-end finishes, intricate architectural details, and precise construction required to bring one of the nation’s premier steakhouse brands to the Greater Phoenix area.
