Fields Rolls-Royce Bentley Lamborghini

For nearly 30 years, ICI has partnered with Fields Auto Group to build, renovate, and expand automotive dealerships across the country. Continuing this longstanding relationship, ICI is currently constructing a new 40,000-square-foot luxury automotive dealership for Fields Auto Group in Downers Grove, Illinois.

The new Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Lamborghini dealership will replace an existing facility that no longer meets the evolving needs of Fields Auto Group. Designed to deliver a distinctive, high-end customer experience, the facility features expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, dedicated brand expressions, extensive digital media and specialty lighting, and a sleek, modern exterior unified by a continuous architectural canopy. Inside, individual Bentley, Lamborghini, and Rolls-Royce showroom environments will showcase each brand’s unique identity while an integrated service department supports dealership operations.

The approximately 25-month project is being completed in two phases to accommodate ongoing operations. The Rolls-Royce dealership is targeted for completion in 2027, followed by Bentley and Lamborghini in 2028.
