Lakeside Bank Naperville

Lakeside Bank operates ten branches throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. ICI has served as the bank’s construction manager throughout their regional expansion, including when they recently built their eleventh location in Naperville, Illinois.

Construction on the Lakeside Naperville branch was completed in summer 2025. The branch is a 6,100 square foot, two-story masonry building and includes drive-through access along the western façade of the building.

This location marked ICI’s fifth project with Lakeside Bank in as many years.
