Rasmussen College Atlamonte Springs Campus

Rasmussen College is a career-focused higher education institution comprised of 23 campuses around the globe. ICI was retained through a competitive selection process by owners representative Project Management Advisors (PMA) to build-out the College’s new Altamonte Springs, Florida location.

The project was delivered in two phases. The first phase was an 8,000 square foot commercial office space containing both private and open offices, a break room with cloud ceilings and textured and glass walls as well as a conference room.

The second phase was a 12,000 square foot higher education campus containing classrooms, nursing labs, computer labs, life science labs, conference rooms as well as administration and student lounges spaces.
