Chancery of the Consulate General

The Chancery of the Consulate General of the Netherlands is located on the 26th Floor of the 303 E. Wacker building in Chicago. The build out was completed in two phases to allow the Dutch Consulate to remain open throughout construction. The scope of work included reconfiguring conference rooms and offices, renovating the lobby, adding new lighting, and installing new carpeting and wall coverings within the 7,800 SF space.

During construction many security features, including a new mantrap, were added or enhanced and technology systems were updated throughout the space. Additionally, the entryway to the The Consulate’s internal offices were upgraded with new millwork and three back-lit glass artwork panels were installed to reflect the essence of the Netherlands.
