Roesch Ford

The Roesch Family’s Ford Dealership in Bensenville was in need of updates and an image overhaul. The owner outlined their budget and project timeline upfront. To meet these aggressive goals, ICI advised the client to opt for a Design / Build project delivery method.

The project consisted of demolition of the existing showroom and the installation of a new reinforced curtainwall system for the new showroom. The expansion features a new 30’ tall by 165’ wide Ford Brand Wall clad with composite metal panels and a 24’ tall Ford Brand Wall Entry Tower also clad with composite metal panels. The showroom incorporates porcelain tile throughout the entire floor.

Additionally, the office spaces were renovated and the mechanical systems were replaced.
