After 16 years at ICI, Todd has been promoted to Project Executive where he will oversee several of ICI’s most significant accounts. In particular, Todd has been instrumental in the evolution of ICI’s working relationship with the Walmart Corporation: from the beginning stages where ICI was placed among a pool of hard bid contractors, to where we are today; entrusted with implementing new prototypes and concepts, responsible for partnering and training emerging general contractors, and a member of their limited GRO program working in multiple states throughout the country.
In his role, Todd leads a team of three project managers, two assistant project managers and ten superintendents. His solutions-focused approach and rigorous adherence to completion dates have led to continued success in achieving construction milestones and lasting client partnerships.
