Off the heels of the successful delivery of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants’ Scottsdale and Chandler, Arizona locations, the restaurant group has once again selected ICI for the construction of their upcoming Gilbert, Arizona restaurant. The ground up, free-standing restaurant will be more than 11,000 square feet with a 720 square foot exterior patio. The restaurant marks Cooper’s Hawk’s third store in Arizona. Construction is slated to break ground early 2022.
Similar to the other Arizona stores, this restaurant includes both a fifty-foot-long tasting bar as well as a full service bar and includes high-end interior finishes throughout.
The project marks ICI’s 19th with Cooper’s Hawk since our working relationship began in 2016.
