Lakeside Bank Naperville

Lakeside Bank operates ten branches throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. ICI is serving as the bank’s construction manager as they build their eleventh location in Naperville, Illinois.

The Lakeside Naperville branch began construction in the fall of 2024 and is targeted for completion in the summer of 2025. The branch will be a 6,100 square foot, two-story masonry building and will include drive-through access along the western façade of the building.

This marks ICI’s fifth project with Lakeside Bank in as many years.
