Ion Exhibits

Due to recent growth, Ion Exhibits renovated and expanded an acquired office and warehouse in Carol Stream, Illinois. ICI’s scope included a 20,000 square foot interior renovation of the existing office. The new space features a modified workspace layout, new conference rooms, a kitchen / breakroom, executive suite and an expansive showroom for product display.

The existing building contained a 47,600 square foot warehouse. Ion added 37,000 square feet of warehouse space. ICI’s scope of work included conditioning the entire warehouse. New lighting, a sprinkler system and a fire pump were also installed within the existing building to bring the facility to current code.
