Carve American Grille

Following the success of its flagship concept, Perry Restaurants selected ICI to construct the second Carve American Grille location within a vibrant mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. The 8,700-square-foot restaurant features an additional 780-square-foot outdoor patio, creating an inviting indoor-outdoor dining experience.

Inspired by Perry Restaurants’ butcher shop heritage, Carve American Grille celebrates craftsmanship through its warm, contemporary design and open dining environment. Bringing that vision to life required innovative construction solutions. ICI coordinated the installation of complex mechanical and electrical systems through 60-foot vertical shafts to the rooftop and incorporated new structural steel to support expansive sliding glass wall systems that seamlessly connect the interior to the patio along nearly the entire perimeter of the restaurant.

Despite the technical complexity and challenges of constructing within an occupied mixed-use building, ICI successfully delivered the project in early summer 2023, providing Perry Restaurants with a distinctive dining destination that reflects the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define the Carve brand.
