Mattr Biowellness Club

ICI fulfilled the role of construction manager on the MATTR Biowellness Club, an innovative wellness destination that redefines the intersection of science, technology, and holistic health. Located in Austin, Texas, the 2,500 square foot, state-of-the-art facility was designed to create an immersive environment where members can pursue improved health, longevity, performance, and overall wellbeing through advanced wellness technologies.

The build-out features 17 specialized treatment modalities, including cryotherapy, light therapy, body composition analysis, and cellular repair, each requiring thoughtful integration of sophisticated equipment and specialized building systems. Beyond delivering a highly functional holistic health environment, ICI helped bring to life a warm, modern space that encourages connection, relaxation, and community.
