The Fresh Market Schaumburg

After partnering with developer, Urban Street Group; The Fresh Market; and the architecture and design team to complete a comprehensive preconstruction process throughout this past year, ICI is now underway on the construction of The Fresh Market’s Schaumburg location. The new construction, 26,000 square foot store will be located at the corner of Meacham and Algonquin Roads within the Veridian development. ICI has been engaged for core and shell construction.

Construction on the surrounding 225-acre Veridian development is also underway. Veridian is a master planned community that will include 200,000 square feet of retail space and 2,500 residential units. The goal of the development is to provide a blend of convenience and connection through residential, retail, restaurants and parks.

The Fresh Market is scheduled to be under construction through mid-summer 2026.
