Elmhurst CUSD 205 Madison Early Childhood Center

ICI is Elmhurst CUSD 205’s construction manager as they have undergone a referendum and subsequent district-wide building improvement process. Our team has partnered with stakeholders to plan, cost estimate, schedule and build new construction schools as well as renovations, expansions and site improvements.

Our team is currently underway on a gut renovation of Madison Early Childhood Center. ICI is renovating the 31,000 square foot building in its entirety. The building will receive a new secured entry and improved staff areas: expanded administrative offices, conference rooms, a lounge and professional development space.

In addition to improved classroom space, students will see expanded gross motor and LRC areas to allow for group activities. Speech, psychology and sensory rooms will also all be renovated. Restrooms will be completely redone and better situated throughout the building. Construction is targeted for completion in time for the start of the 2025 school year.
